If you are not approved through Klarna, Affirm, or Afterpay, Hightail K9s may offer an in-house payment plan through Zelle or Cash App.

Standard Payment Plan
  • 50% deposit required to secure your booking and begin training
  • Remaining 50% due within 4 weeks
  • Weekly or bi-weekly payments accepted
  • Final balance must be paid by the agreed due date
Extended Programs ($1,200+)
  • 50% deposit required to start
  • Remaining balance may be split into agreed weekly or bi-weekly payments
  • All payments must be completed before the end of the program unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • No training, boarding, or lessons will begin until the required deposit has been received.
  • Payment plans are a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
  • Missed payments may result in training sessions being paused until the account is brought up to date.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Completed sessions, training days, and boarding days are non-refundable.
  • Failure to complete agreed payments may result in loss of future bookings and payment plan privileges.

01. Rescheduling

If I only have one client booked for that day, I will reschedule you to the upper week.

02. Home Packages

At-home packages book for Thursday but move to Friday (NYC) or Saturday (JC/North Jersey). A member of staff will confirm.

03. Weather Policy

Sessions will be rescheduled if the weather is too hot, too cold, or too wet.
