Cancellation Policy
**No Refund Policy** **1. No Refunds** We maintain a strict no-refund policy on all services and packages offered. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they are booking the correct package or service that meets their needs. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once a service or package has been purchased. **2. Booking Confirmation** Clients must carefully review all details before confirming their booking. By completing a purchase, clients agree that they have chosen the appropriate service or package and understand that no refunds will be provided. **3. Muzzle Requirement for Reactive or Aggressive Dogs** For the safety of all clients, staff, and animals, any reactive or aggressive dogs must wear a muzzle during their session. If a dog is presented without a muzzle, the session may be cancelled at the sole discretion of the service provider. **4. Session Cancellation Due to Non-Compliance** If a session is cancelled due to the client’s failure to provide a muzzle for a reactive or aggressive dog, no refund will be issued. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure compliance with this requirement. By purchasing any service or package, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms of this No Refund Policy.
