Booking & Training Policies

Safety Precautions & Guidelines

1. Leash Requirement: All dogs must be on a leash and kept close to you until the trainer instructs otherwise. This ensures the safety of all participants and animals present.

2. Muzzle Requirement: It is mandatory for dogs with aggression or nerve issues to wear a muzzle throughout the session until instructed otherwise. We understand that some dogs may be uncomfortable with a muzzle, and that muzzle training takes time and shouldn’t be rushed if possible. However, it is essential that your dog has a properly fitting and secure muzzle during our sessions. This requirement is in place to ensure a safe and productive environment for all participants.

3.Compliance with Safety Guidelines: It is imperative that you adhere to all safety guidelines provided here. Failure to comply with these instructions, or not notifying trainers of any previous important details like aggression or bite history, may result in immediate termination of the session and could impact your future participation. Your cooperation is essential to ensure the safety of all participants.

4.Session Cancellation Due to Non-Compliance: Failure to adhere to these safety precautions, especially regarding leash and muzzle requirements, may result in the trainer declining the session. In such cases, the session will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

Lateness & Reschedule Policy

We strive for punctuality and client satisfaction. However, as we travel from Kent to various locations daily, delays can occasionally occur beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations.

1. Lateness

  • Provider Lateness: If we are over 15-30 minutes late for your session, we will still conduct the session that day and re-credit you for the inconvenience.

  • Client Lateness: If you anticipate being late, please inform us as soon as possible. Consistent lateness may affect the scheduling and duration of your session.

2. Rescheduling

  • Client Requests: If you need to reschedule, contact our admin team at the earliest opportunity. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but please note that changes may be limited due to existing bookings.

  • Travel Difficulties: If you face transportation challenges, carefully review the package contents to ensure you can meet the requirements. We can attempt to adjust our schedule to assist, but only if it does not conflict with other clients or commitments.

3. Communication

  • Admin Team: Our admin team is dedicated to effective communication with all clients. It is crucial to stay in contact with them for any rescheduling or travel inquiries.

  • Client Responsibility: Please proactively communicate any concerns or changes in your schedule to help us serve you better. Your cooperation is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
